Anusara Yoga classes for the Winter '01 Session will resume on 1/11/10 at my home studio, Aligning With Grace Yoga, in Sterling, VA

The session is 12 weeks, and the cost is $180 ($15 a class!) This is less than most area studios are charging.

Sign up for two classes and save even more! Take 2 classes and the second set of classes drops to $120 - for $300 total.

Class size is limited to 12 students so sign up early to reserve your spot!

FALL ANUSARA YOGA SESSION! Starting 9/21/09!

I am pleased to announce that Anusara Yoga classes will resume in my home studio - Aligning with Grace Yoga, in Sterling, VA - on September 21st!

The Fall 09 Session is a 12 week session beginning on Monday, September 21, 2009, and ending on Wednesday, December 9, 2009.

The price is $180 for the Fall 09 Session - at $15 a class - which is less than most area studios, which are currently charging $18 to $20 per class.

Sign up for two classes a week and save even more! The second set of classes will be reduced to $120! (Total for classes twice a week is $300).

Class size will be limited to 10 students per class, so be sure to sign up early and save your space!

ANUSARA SUMMER YOGA AND WORKSHOPS!

YOGA CLASSES

The summer season is a time when many travel and it is hard to commit to a regular session of yoga classes.

I will be offering a 90 minute Anusara Yoga practice on Mondays, beginning on July 20th, for those interested in refining poses or stepping up their practice. Come to any - or as many of the classes as you wish!

SUMMER WORKSHOPS

I will be offering three yoga classes as part of the 2009 Summer Collegium at the Virginia Theological Seminary (Episcopal). These will be introductory classes for clergy.

"Introduction to the Yoga Sutras"

This three hour workshop will introduce and present an overview of the Yoga Sutras by Patanjali, and it will be given at Golden Heart Yoga in Annapolis, MD.

"Shoden - First Degree Reiki"

This workshop spans two afternoons and will focus on the essence and method of the Japanese art of Reiki and self healing. Students will learn how to share the practice of Reiki with family and friends for the enhancement of their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

SPRING YOGA AND REIKI CLASSES '09!

YOGA CLASSES

The Spring '09 session for Anusara Yoga classes at Personal Pilates and Yoga begins on May 11, 2009 and runs through July 15th. It is a 10 week session and the cost is $150.

Spring '09 Yoga Schedule - May 11 - July 15, 2009:

Please note that for the Spring session we are not offering the Wednesday night and Friday morning classes. A minimum of 5 students will be required to hold the class.

We bid AJ McIntyre farewell as a yoga instructor and are grateful for her enthusiasm in introducing new students to Anusara Yoga!

REIKI CLASSES

I will be offering Shinpiden - Reiki 3 classes in the Japanese style of Reiki as originally practiced by Mikao Usui. This style has been nothing short of transformational for me. The cost is $450 and dates follow. Contact me directly if interested. This class is open to Reiki 2's and those who have completed a Reiki 3:
