YOGA CLASSES
The summer season is a time when many travel and it is hard to commit to a regular session of yoga classes.
I will be offering a 90 minute Anusara Yoga practice on Mondays, beginning on July 20th, for those interested in refining poses or stepping up their practice. Come to any - or as many of the classes as you wish!
Location: Olga's home studio in Potomac Falls, VA

Stay tuned for Anusara Yoga classes to be taught by Olga at her home studio in the Fall of '09. Olga is currently the only certified Anusara Yoga teacher in Virginia!
SUMMER WORKSHOPS
I will be offering three yoga classes as part of the 2009 Summer Collegium at the Virginia Theological Seminary (Episcopal). These will be introductory classes for clergy.
Dates: June 25, 29, and 30, 2009.

"Introduction to the Yoga Sutras"
This three hour workshop will introduce and present an overview of the Yoga Sutras by Patanjali, and it will be given at Golden Heart Yoga in Annapolis, MD.

"Shoden - First Degree Reiki"
This workshop spans two afternoons and will focus on the essence and method of the Japanese art of Reiki and self healing. Students will learn how to share the practice of Reiki with family and friends for the enhancement of their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.Dates: August 8 and 9, 2009
